Terrible company with terrible customer support. Zero stars. I purchased a bed from them from another vendor 3 months ago and the supports for the mattress broke and my mattress, with husband and 5 year old on it, fell to the floor. The company is refusing to provide me with a different support system or refund me part of my money to go buy a more sturdy support system.

We purchased a cube bed from Atlantic through Home Depot. Upon arrival the base unit was damaged. Atlantics customer service has not returned one single call. I had to involve Home Depot to get Atlantic on the phone. Atlantics rep guaranteed to replace the part and ship . I have sent them all the information requested including pictures. Its been two more weeks. Atlantic still does not return calls. I'm frustrated with their lack of customer service. If I could rate them a zero I would. .
