Hi Jenna, Your frustration is noted. I am more than happy to offer curbside pick up and we offer free shipping on all orders over $75 but I will pass on your feedback to the building owner and see what his plan is. We face quite a few limitations being inside of a historic building/district that are out of our control (especially as a tenant) and we try to do the best we can with what we have available to us.

I had never had a Reiki session before but something about Brandy made me feel at ease immediately. She explained the process in full which I appreciated and let me ask her a TON of questions. I was inspired by what messages spirit relayed to Brandy during my session and I'm glad I told her I'd hear them but she won't tell you if thats not something that interests you. At the end of the session I felt taller, more calm and centered. Also my feet and shoulders were tingling in a good way. Ps. The shop is GORGEOUS!! I will definitely be back!

I gifted someone close to me an intuitive reading from Willow Moon Apothecary. First let me say that Brandy was extremely accommodating to the short notice and time frame I was working with. She couldn't have been any nicer and easy to work with. The gift recipient had nothing but rave reviews for Brandy and felt like pieces of her life's puzzle had been put back together. The insight Brandy gave really hit home and made so much sense. The shop is beautiful and I just kept going from item to item taking it all in while waiting. I can think of nothing even remotely negative about my first visit to Willow Moon Apothecary and look forward to eventually treating myself to a reading as well as ALL of Brandy's services.

I had a 30-minute session on the BioMats infrared rays and negative ion therapy table. It was blissful. Brandy was also very knowledgeable about oils and stones.
