We are really sorry to hear that your experience with us didnt work out for you and wish instead of writing a review, you would have finished the program and come in to speak with us. As you know, most of the BAs were hired through your Tour Managers vast network and every day we had local brand ambassadors and we added a traveling BA who was at each event. For 24 years we have been considerate of our teams well being and provide days off in the schedule and we even provided extra staff during the tour to help with the long days that come with doing a fair tour. Of course, we cant pay a bonus for quitting early nor do we pay for personal expenses on the company credit card. We wish you well as we understand this was your last tour.

TOUR MANAGERS BEWARE!! TSC Tour- I am here to warn future tour managers about the TSC tour. As one of the worst gigs I have worked with I feel I need to share. you will only receive 1-2 full days off a month at most. expect to work grueling hours. they will say they will hire BA's to assist. but that rarely happens. They will also try and find ways to take your bonus away. whether its through firing you or telling you that you don't deserve the full amount or even just hold it over your head while they try to manipulate you into going above and beyond. I also feel the need to note that The BA Company that ProMotion uses is owned by one of the secretaries and her sister. but yet they can rarely find BA's to help. Add this company to your blacklist, I know that I, and many other tour managers over the past few years will never return to work for ProMotion. The Owner owns a Psychology Degree (Congrats?) and will try to manipulate. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
