thought I hit a gold mine when I found out about this store, very disappointed. I purchased three video games and tested them at home two ended up not working. I showed up the next day to return them hoping theyd remember me (which they did) but said no refund or exchange could be done because I didnt have a receipt (which they never provided). They told me I could try to contact the owner but hes never in store when I called. Tried going through better business bureau and they didnt care to reply. Simply awful customer service theyd rather lose a customer than return $30 or exchange?? Do not recommend most likely will get scammed the prices are way overpriced too!! Better off buying at swap meets, OfferUp, or online.
I recently unloaded a complete PS2 and a bunch on decent games and accessories and they offered me $30 bucks cash lol I only agreed because I wanted to unload it. Keep in mind that I used to sell on EBay and I know what I could of got for everything. I DO NOT recommend selling your games to them unless it is an emergency. Sell your games at a yard sale or online; these guys will not give you a fair price for your old games.
