They wouldn't donate a simple warm knit hat to my homeless friend. Well... It IS a business. But, all the stuff is donated... free. They cited $5 for the cost of a hat. Seems awfully strict.

Omg this store charge higher on items that you could get at the dollar store. The items are donated & they act like they purchased the items. This does not make sense. 1 item was a very thin cosmetic bag to that I can buy for $1 & they charged $7
