every lecture starts with 15-30 mins talking about Almanasik, history and "we have been doing it for 17 years". Lectures always have no thesis, you miss the point easily because it's not clear what the lecture subject is at all. Q&As are at any time of the lecture which makes it super unclear and time consuming, the only question you will have is "what are we doing here??" Speech thoughts are always not organized, time is always mis-used. Having a thesis and organized thoughts is important in any even involving a group of people so that people who understand can leave. And people with questions can stay. You spend lots of time till you loose the point and interest. 100% not organized and 3 months expereince can do a better job. mozdalifa was good work, but when the buses left a horrible job was done. Team was looking and didn't do a good job to organize the line. And Almanasik team left before we all leave Muzdalifa !! Mina tents most of the time water doesnt have ice in it, you have to go to neigbours to get iced water, no staff in the tent! Mina AC are very very very bad, other tents next to us have verrrry cold AC ( PORTABLE ONES), when asked they told me other compaign admin asked for extra AC and paid for them and mutawaf gave him. Almanasik dont want to pay so no good ACs Mina food, very bad selection of food, you will either have diarrhea or constipation because its always rice and chicken or rice and beef. No fibers, fruits, or vigitables when other companies did give that all the time. When the mutawaf came to visit, they made a show brining nuts, and fruit to pretend that its alway in the tent when it was only one time in the entire 6 days mina stay. food selection at the residence was also not good, no fibers at all, and when you see the staff eating they have different food !! Sister AC broke on the 10th and nobody from Almanasik cares to fix it because most of the time you dont see them around. The apartment building was open 24/7 when qazi and Farid said it will be closed. We had an health issue and had to leave on our own, find a car/ taxi and go the building and asked the receiptiones and said they are open 24/7. Both Almanasik Admins said as always "we have been doing this for 17 years we know what we are doing". Asked for a taxi they gave false information about it, we found a much easier and closer way to get a taxi... why do you answer if you dont know!! why give false info? say I dont know better than wasting a Hajji time!!. Almanasik is nothing than a travel agency with a religious name, like all other Hajj travel agencies with nice names. Peligrams paid money to go with Almanasik!! it's not free, so no need for excuses that admins got sick and took anti biotic for weeks and keep talking stories that show they are heros!! Just provide the promised service and the 17 years song experience! after all everybody paid a huge load of money to go with you !! IT WAS NOT A FREE TRIP ( Almanasik admins make it look like they are taking you free, and dont say any world, they are the best.. period... ) My advice is not to listen to them, if you go with them you will be 100% on your own. You will find many other companies who will offer you better services for less money. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR PROMISE AS THEY WILL NOT FULFILL, I know friends went with other companies, paid much less and got much better services

Jazahum Allah Khayr to the Al-Manasik Team Dear brothers of the Al-Manasik Hajj Team, assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu: Hajj mabroor, Saye mashkoor wa dhanban maghfoor, bi-ithn-Allah. Thanks to your dedication and personal attention, our once-in-a-life-time journey of Hajj was nothing but pure blessing something that my wife (Shakila), my daughter (Ayesha) and I are ever grateful for, to Allah swt. May Allah swt reward every one of you and your team handsomely in both the worlds, bless your families and your parents. Your attention to details no matter how minor/major made our safar and stay in Madinah, Makkah, Mina, Arafah and Muzdalifah and every other station during this journey a landmark experience. Your repeated warnings during prep sessions about possible unpleasant incidents during this journey helped us keep our guards up and avoid unwanted verbal, physical and psychological skirmishes with other Hujjaj. These forewarnings certainly allowed us to do the ibadah with utmost devotion and khushoo. And alf alhamdolillah for that! We were fortunate to have so many people of knowledge amidst us Sheikh Hazem, Shaeikh Tariq, Sheikh Yahya Sheikh Mustafa and many others, who facilitated and enriched our understanding of being at Hajj. May Allah give them all long life so that they can benefit us and future hujjaj to the fullest in years to come! We were most touched by the first-class care and service given by Abu Mohammed, his wonderful sons and his entire crew at the An-Nasim residence. By the end of our stay they felt like an integral part of our family, and it became difficult to part when time came. May Allah swt bless them all and enrich their lives for taking care of all of us so well. We will cherish the memory of this hajj and all of you for the rest of our life. My wife is already talking about a second Hajj soon; insha Allah if we are blessed to embark again on this journey, it will be with Al-Manasik. Jazakum Allah Khayr to all of you, Akhouk, Abdul-Majeed
