Mr Wood, we take great exception to your description of one of our employees. We understand that your brother-in-law (who worked with us at the time) negotiated a price below our normal market price and told us which tires and wheels you were wanting to include in the deal. Now that your vehicle has arrived, we find out you want different tires and wheels than the original agreement, and those cost significantly more. This is no reason to blast our sales manager by name publicly. Our sales manager in a good faith effort to honor our end of the deal agreed to, even though you wouldnt qualify for our employee pricing anymore, take the wheels out of the equation and sell our vehicle at even a lower than normal price so you could buy whatever wheels and tires you want. Not sure if you changed your mind or if your family member and yourself had a miscommunication on what you wanted exactly.

The New Car manager Brian is incredibly rude, dishonest with no character and integrity. I ordered a new Z-71 Tahoe 6 months ago for my wife. It came in 3 days ago. We ordered aftermarket wheels and tires for it which had only been ordered a day ago and werent due to be in for another week. Brian called me this morning telling me that the agreed to price was no longer any good, he was charging a $5,000 market adjustment after I already had a sales price in writing. He then continues to tell me I have until noon today to decide if I still want it....after I have waited 6 months for it....who even does this but a shady new car manager! He tells me he has to turn and burn...even though the truck wasnt ready for me to take delivery of he still called me and said he needed to sell it to someone else. If you want to be lord to and ripped off the buy a car from Sons Chevrolet. Dont shop there if your expectations are honesty and dealing with a company that keeps their word.

Your staff at the check in counter were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. Your service department fixed my issue and did it very quickly. My complaint is with Chevrolet and the part failure and then not standing behind the product on a known issue. The air condenser on a 2018 truck shouldnt need repairs were it not for a defective part. There is a recall on 2015-2017 due to inferior quality parts but I get stuck with an $1,100 bill. At a minimum Chevrolet should have stood by their product and covered the labor. Its disappointing and the reasons I cant score the first two survey questions high.

Everyone was very nice and the service was done quickly. We liked that we were not pushed on additional services or pushed to buy a new car. We will definelty use you again and when we do decide to look for a car in the future we know where we will go.

Just kind of over the amount of things that have popped up in the 3 ish weeks of owning my vehicle and not surprisingly nothing is covered or can be replaced/ repaired without the dealership price tag . Super disappointed with their quality of inspection , prior to selling.
