I had a fairly negative experience trying to apply for a rental property through them. After posting my experience, the owner called me himself. He not only apologized but also asked for feedback for everything. I may not like what happened, but I have a respect someone and their company that's willing to call someone who's had a negative experience and talk to them about it.

Getting any information whatsoever from the application department is a nightmare. I requested the contact info for a property manager and was told that I could not be put in contact with them. My family was in a bind for our housing situation and APM was slow and unhelpful every step of the way.
Severe lack of communication! We were told that no one but Amy Y. could discuss our application with us. We called, texted, and emailed Amy several times throughout the process to no avail. Upon submitting the application, we received a text that asked for us to submit our paystubs, even though we sent it originally, THREE additional times. Our original showing was cancelled, then re-scheduled. There seemed to be a BIG disconnect in the beginning, but we relied on the positive google reviews (BEWARE). We feel as if the delayed responses were on purpose as we could not escalate our concerns to any other team member. We were told that she was the only person to help us and she didn't. Save your time and money. She was very unprofessional in handling our application, nothing like the positive reviews that influenced us to seek rental from this company. Upon our first text communication, she knew we were pending additional documentation. All of a sudden, after multiple attempts to reach her, our application has to be re-processed for "possibly" another property because the property we were interested in was rented to another tenant. We understand the process, qualifications, etc, but the lack of communication and professionalism was disgusting. Every other rep we spoke with was professional, so it is VERY disappointing to know that the one person that the entire office seems to rely on lacks professionalism and communication with possible tenants.
