I just went to Nafsa's website to register and pay for a course. They took my payment but the server is not operating and now I cannot complete what I needed to do. Colleagues state this has been going on for days. i am calling my bank and demand my payment to be cancelled. A RATING OF ZERO!! DO NOT REGISTER WITH NAFSA!!!! They are happy to take your money but not provide what they promise.

When the positive reviews are from NAFSA employees or people paid by NAFSA it makes me question their value. Dubious business practices and grossly inept leadership at NAFSA. Not worth the membership fees that are exorbitant. Just attend portions of their annual conference, NAFSA has failed to keep itself relevant.
