Went to the sour me sourfest. Have to wait in line 35 minutes for a 10 ounce pour of bad beer. Understaffed and underprepared. Won't be back and won't buy in the liquor store. Update: they closed it down early because of keg issues. I want my money back. Bush league.

HUGE LETDOWN. Like others, we drove an hour to duclaw for the newest release which they advertised HEAVILY on social media. We got there at 12 when they opened and waited in line FOR AN HOUR and when we got to the front they had run out. They should have used some sort of ticketing system so people didn't wait in line for nothing if they knew they had limited numbers of beer. Additionally, TERRIBLE customer service. The place was packed and I overheard a manager ask a bartender if he needed anything and he responded loudly "A FIST IN MY A$$?" Seriously, dude? Obviously this brewery does NOT want people's business. I am never going to purchase Duclaw again. They created a huge hype and didn't have enough to supply their demand.
