Absolutely outstanding. Theres no better way to describe this team. Mark in the office is a great communicator, honest and easy to work with. When we were hit with the last-minute challenge of a broken elevator, everyone down the line was understanding and accommodating. Bishop, Antonio and David arrived early to allow themselves more time to carry everything down the stairs. All three were a pleasure to work with. I hate moving, but they did a wonderful job and made the experience dare I say. Pleasant! I enthusiastically recommend Custom Movers, and will not hesitate to call them again for our next move.

I had a piano moved into my condominium. These men were thorough and respectful and they gave advice as to how the instrument should be placed in the room. I had many ideas of my own and it turns out Their ideas were right! ( thanks Antonio!) We had some logistical problems the week before on our end and custom movers was accommodating in every way. Its very rare in America when someone ACTUALLY answers the phone! Custom movers did and they actually talk to you and if they do put you on hold it is not for four or five minutes with really bad music iMessages repeating themselves ! Customer service is their number one priority. Thats a rare thing these days!
