I spoke with your secretary Natalie (which she stated her first name was) and she was very rude and dismissive over the phone. She cut me off during the phone interview many times and spoke over me. I honestly believe she needs training on how to communicate with people before she is hired and will be filing a complaint with BBB. I appreciate the call however working with people for over 5 years in customer care I feel very disrespected that your company chose to hire such a rude person to conduct the phone interview.
The building is currently under construction and we cant help that. Unfortunately we have to deal with this for time being. Sorry it not being up to standards. As for the interview. I drove right by this building looking for it - it's an older building and also undergoing construction. Once inside, after leaving my car in a questionable lot with a less than professional vallet attendant I went inside. Inside was not any better - a broken elevator, only partially air conditioned rooms, missing ceiling tiles.... Now for the Mela Group - ask lots of questions prior to interviewing with this company and make sure it is the type of employment you are looking for. I ended my "group interview" only minutes after it began because it wasn't a good fit for me, but it seemed to be working for the other applicant I interviewed with. "To each his/her own".
Thanks for your Review Gary, hope you didn't pay for parking. We do validate. Other than that Great having you and do big things In your future and keep being a cool person. Lastly if you did pay for parking. Come see me, I refund you your money for parking. The charges are ridiculous.

The Mela group is a facility that has a wonderful group of professional customer service and marketing professionals. Be careful if you go to the Mello group in the parking because the facility that the Mello Group is located in does some crazy charges just for parking. It's more rewarding to park on the home areas and do a little bit of a walk to the facility on the second floor you'll find the Mela group.
I know you took your gain talents elsewhere but we are happy for your success. Appreciate the time together!

Hi Eric, this is the President of Mela Group. Our marketing team left a very corporate response to your review, but now I am changing that. From what Ive read, you seem to have a lot to say about a company that you have never been to. All this coming from a simple phone call. Unfortunately for us, people like yourself exist. We do have some reviews that are not favorable for our company, but we respond realistically, not toxically. Whats toxic is, people who tear down a company without an actual true experience. So we can agree to disagree on whats toxic. You had one phone call and proceeded to vent to the world about it in hopes to be heard. That is a very sensitive approach to the job world. YES. MELA GROUP WOULD NOT AND COULD NOT WORK WITH SENSITIVE PEOPLE. SO WE WEED OUT AS MANY AS WE CAN. As for our 5 star reviews, do the math. We have been operating in 5 counties for 4 years so if we wanted to leave our own generic reviews, we would have A LOT more. Our approach is organic, as is our responses. Fortune 500 clients trust us and anyone that cant put in the work to get to that level will do one of two things: Either have animosity for their shortcomings, or make adjustments and get better. We accept either one. Thanks for your feedback though Eric. I hope anyone who reads this will understand the type of mentality needed to work with billion dollar clients DIRECTLY. Diana Juarez contacted me for a position in long beach. On zip recruiter it was a remote position. When she sent me a confirmation text it was an in person interview for an in office position. She then told me they are not interested in people who don't pay attention. I found her very insulting and rude. Update: Today I received a confirmation about my interview that Diana Juarez already told me I was not good enough for. When I told this new HR representative I was speaking to, Kimberly Moran, that Diana had insulted me and told me I was not a candidate if I could not pay attention, she told me, "Our apologies, she forgot to remove you from our calendar". So the person who told me they are not interested in me because I do not pay attention could not even take me off their interview calendar. If I could give Diana in particular any kind of demerits rather than stars I would. Update 2: I found this company on Glassdoor.com. They have several negative reviews from people who feel they were scammed by this company. The one reply from the company's president that I read felt extremely childish and toxic. Please look at Glassdoor before excepting any kind of correspondence with this company. I have a strong feeling that all these 5 star reviews from google were posted by the company itself. There is about 2 positive reviews on Glassdoor out of 13 compared to these consecutive 5 star reviews on google.
