I tried to have a sign made for an event. Dale told me he wanted me to contact via email. I sent him everything he asked for. I made him aware of the deadline and asked if he couldn't make it to please let me know bc there are more than one company that can do this. Well no sign, no communication, and they are closed today and I have nothing. Not professional.

We had a VERY negative experience with this company. After putting 50% down, our monument sign that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks to complete took 6 MONTHS. Communication was non-existent and the owner consistently dodged our calls for updates. When we were lucky enough to get in touch with him, he always had excuse after excuse for the delay. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. RUN, don't walk, away from this business.
