I used this company to start my business, and I couldn't be any more disappointed and dissatisfied with my experiences with them since then. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful. Attempted contact for 2 weeks and never heard back until I called a random office of theirs in order to get transferred to the one I needed. Save yourself some time and frustration and go elsewhere for your needs.

I have used this company in the past and had good experiences. I currently am trying to incorporate for the last 7 weeks. I submitted my application through their site. I was provided the name and number and email of the assigned attorney. That person never once responded to my inquiries. So after two weeks I kept calling their main number and finally an attorney got back to me. She advised me she was handling. After a few more weeks I was told there was some issue with the company name and she is working on it. She has not returned any of my emails and any of my numerous calls. Today I called the main number and they told me the attorney would call me this afternoon. I waited all day, no call. The receptionist apologized and informed me I would not be getting a call when I called them at about 430 pm. I feel so disrespected and so unimportant. I will never use their service again. So I am caught in a 7 week quandary with no communication from their staff. Upsetting to say the least.

Simply put - horrible! Customer service is not existent or at best worse than USSR in 1970's, response/reply is worse then a turtle (over two weeks to return a phone call), attorneys are never available. Sad, they used to be good 10 years ago. Have to look for someone else - UPCOUNSEL or LEGALZOOM here i come.
