I ordered scrubs going on 4 weeks ago and still don't have them. already paid for in full, back order which is understandable, but now supposedly the top is still on back order but they received the bottoms. Didn't want to refund the $ being that my order was definitely coming in. Went to pick up what was there today and they were closed for a hospital show. I will try back tomorrow after they return, but I can say I'd rather order online from now on. I would've had my scrubs that were paid for already.

Hello Emily, We produced the uniform based on the specification provided by the school. They are aware of the logo size potentially being an issue on very small shirts. Your shirt was a 4T. As explained to you by the embroiderer, when you have smaller shirts, the embroidery hoop has to be placed a certain way so it can accommodate the logo size. To get the hoop to fit on the shirts you had provided, the shirt had to be stretched slightly to get the logo to fit. Adjustments for the placket and the collar also have to be made. As you provided your pieces, we had you read and sign a disclaimer for embroidering supplied pieces, which you did read and sign. This is a pretty standard practice for embroidery shops when customers supply their own items. Unfortunately, we did watch the camera. The young man never raised his voice, explained what the issue is with the provided shirt, and did NOT say ,"Why do you care-it's for a four year old." That simply did not happen. As for the young lady behind the counter apologizing for the treatment you received by the young man, that also didn't happened. She did say "Have a nice evening", but did not apologize for the exchange you had with the young man, because he never raised his voice or treated you in a poor manner. As for simple kindness, we never raised our voice, belittled you, treat you with disrespect, or called you any names. Unlike the treatment you gave the employees, or they way you inferred to my wife that we are racist. We are minorities. All but one of my employees, including the young man that helped you, are mixed or minorities.

If I could give this establishment less than 1 star I would. When picking up my daughters uniforms I tried to address the fact that the logos were stitched on cooked & in different places. A very rude young man explained to me that he had to stretch the shirts to get the logo on to them and he highlighted an issue with the size of the font given from the school. I expressed that I was displeased with the quality of the work done & he proceeded to ask me Why do you care - its for a 4 year old? A young lady behind the desk apologized to me for the exchange. I asked for the contact information for the owners & proceed to leave a message for them. I received a phone call today from the owner of the establishment denying my exchange completely. I was told that they watched the camera & nothing of what I claimed actually happened. Ive never in my life experienced such poor customer service & for a small business owner to not take ownership of the unpleasant experience & simply apologize for the mishap is pathetic. These people have much to learn in the way of simple kindness & customer service conflict resolution.
