This is a false statement. Not only did I communicate, I communicated many times and even worked with Jesse at SWS about your account and he advised me he spoke to you and advised you of our turnaround times. SoftWash Systems is a very good partnership and the order with you came in on 3-10. You ordered 24x18 signs but wanted 18x12 Signs. It is not possible to get the size sign to layout on sheet and still get 20 signs out of each sheet like you can with 12x18. In addition, your account was not tagged SWS, so it was not put into the VIP folder everyone in SWS enjoys. I emailed you on 3-22 letting know you of the situation and advised you I tagged your account correctly and now have the proper size image to print. You replied to my email on 3-22 saying thanks for the update. On 3-25 everything went to production. When I said I would send the items out the next day and maybe another day on signs, that is exactly what I intended and exactly what I did. I sent your order to production, but once placed on a run, there was no stock available to run the job for 2 more days. So instead of printing and shipping on 23rd, it couldnt print till 25th. By end of day, it was not able to ship and your signs finished on 25th as well, so all of your order went out the following Monday. So yes, there was a 2 day delay from when I said I would ship your print till when it actually was able to ship but paper supplies is out of my control as it is explained on our site, our signatures and our auto replies to each and every email. Then, even though we shipped on Monday, you should have been a 3 day delivery. UPS or R&L are both 3 day ships. To keep your order together, so NOTHING would end up lost, misplaced by UPS or MIA, I put it all on a skid, and shipped it together so it would arrive together. ( I meaning I instructed staff, I didnt actually do it myself ). I noticed after you called the office and said you just got it, R&L took 6 days not 3. This was not in our control either, and has NEVER been an issue with R&L. UPS, yes I have delays everyday with them. But never with R&L. Either way your order was printed before you requested a refund and it was shipped before you requested a refund. You can check when you requested a refund, and check the PRO Tracking number of when it shipped, and you will see for yourself you asked after the fact. Pro # WK3866589. In addition, this was March 25th, 2022 here we are June 24th and your giving us a one star rating because you didnt cancel fast enough? Really ? You didnt cancel before we printed, or the order would have been refunded to you. We processed the order you asked for. And after you got the order, you had 7 bad signs due to shipping. You emailed me NOT to complain about asking for it to be cancelled but to ask for the signs to be replaced. So we reprinted and Reshipped 8 signs to make up for the 7 that were banged up in the corners. They shipped OVERNIGHT Fedex on 4-11 Tracking 546857143892 So how on June 24th Do you think it is ok to give us a 1 star review. Honestly, we went above and beyond for you as a client. This is totally wrong on your part.

Lack of communication, lied to when commutated too. I also canceled my order before it went to print, but was told only the owner could refund my money. Things still got printed and sent to me, owner never addressed my concerns.
