Employees not very enthusiastic about what they do. I do not believe they are very professional based on their attitude. I do not want to sound negative, but when questions need to be answered, there should be someone available to answer those questions. When renters experience power outages, they should not have to phone the parent company for answers!

What are yall going to do about the residents that may have contracted COVID-19 bc the property manager at Bethabara Pointe in Winston-Salem not only not wearing a mask while talking to residents but hired someone who has it too? I fully understand HIPPA however, sending out a bulletin to remind residents to be safe and wear masks would be better than trying to through folks out on the street given the climate of the economy at this time! I see yall have Philanthropic efforts to give to others but what about residents facing hardships? I need answers! Also, the maintenance Supervisor Mr Sam is awesome! I hate to see him leave but he shouldnt have to handle prexisting issues alone especially since the Property Manager let the person he trained go! Yall need to consider a new management staff over here pronto!

I myself so far have had good experience with the place I live,but I know someone personally who has called and emailed got a reply to 1email and they are not answering calls or emails.This person is in desperate need of a home she has section 8 and has all the things they were required of her but now no replies,it is time sensitive as her sec 8 will stop..she has 2 small children that desperately need a home.
