I'm sorry you feel this way! We gave you several chances to stop complaining and do what was asked of you. You did not want to do what was asked of you. You always wanted to do what everyone else was doing. We sat you down and talked to you three times. We have a 90-day policy explained in the interview, and you were okay with it. You were not forced to do anything that everyone else in the shop regularly did. Not all jobs are fun in Screen Printing and Embroidery shop.

not a good company to work for at all unless you know them personally, or want to be harassed in some way, or forced to do things that the owners won't even do themselves, or if you want to work for a company that gives you no job security. --claimed that I did not want to do what was asked of me and that I always wanted to do what everyone else was doing.. yes, that makes complete sense. I totally wanted to scrub the floors instead of doing embroidery, or (screen printing) which is what I was hired for in the first place and then they forced me to work in the embroidery department with NOTHING for me to do. so I would go find other things that needed to be done so I would stay busy. and they said that me going to find other things to do was me not doing what was asked of me. the owners also let their 9 year old son run around all the different screen printing equipment in the warehouse for some reason. I guess they do not actually care if he is harmed.
