I KEPT CALLING So they could fix a problem, their response was "we are swapped because of the hurricane" OK. Just one little problem I was asking since June 25. The hurricane was 2 weeks ago. Very unprofessional, and every time I call they ignore my number but when I call from a friend's number they pick up immediately. The rats and cockroahs that live in the basement do a better job managing the building
UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Avery Wolf received my call regarding no hot water for 2 days, his response was he would send someone over. It is now the afternoon of day 2 with no hot water and still nothing is resolved. I called him to follow-up considering no one is calling me or updating me on the issue, only to find out they are now stating we will have to go another day with no hot water because it's the weekend and they have their personal lives to attend to. Extremely Unprofessional! Keep in mind this is all happening on a snow day!

Extremely unprofessional for the entirety of our lease. The apartment had a literal waterfall in the hallway in the winter of 2017/18 and nothing was done for months. Heat didnt work the majority of our lease, little effort was shown to remedy this, through the coldest portion of a New York winter. Ever interaction with them was so cold and unprofessional, a constant turnover or supers and employees. I rarely leave a bad review, but this is one of the most unprofessional businesses Ive ever interacted with. Would under no circumstance ever recommend renting from them.
