I bought my 2017 Ducati Monster here. Then I got the 2021 Ducati MonsterGreat service by Shehan and the crew, the owner(previous) not so good. Now they dont have Ducati service anymore! Disappointing

Get back the old owner. They never picked up bad communication. Should just close if you cant not provide the services to the customers. Try calling and see for yourself.. should never get my motorcycle from here!!!!

Great experience with Gold Coast. Dealt with Marcello in service after calling 3 dealers to perform my 600 mile break in service for the s1000RR. They were pretty busy throughout the week but made time for me to come in a few days later. Spent maybe 2 hours there looking around and grabbing lunch next door and the bike was ready to be unleashed with full power. Marcello very friendly and transparent, the sales department was nice to speak with looking around. I would recommend you reach out to them for any service or sales needs over the other "well known" local dealership that rhymes with Axe.
