WORST company weve ever ordered from!! Our initial purchase guaranteed 5-7 days for delivery, but it took 2 weeks before I started to call to check the delivery status. Customer service is terrible!! I spoke with Pal and ask if the stroller was shipped. He advised me to call David ,because only he is working on my order. And he is a Supervisor. Then I call David who said that he is not working there any more but will try to help me. I called every day for a week. Spoke with Pal and David who keep promising me to get my order ship from warehouse. Finally, I received a call from Warehouse and was told that my Silver Cross Stroller is not in stock and It will take up to 8 weeks to order and ship from UK to USA. Finally I had to cancel my order and get the refund. If you still want to order something from this company, make sure they have it in stock. I will never order from them again !!!

Although, I appreciate their fast delivery services. I have been calling and emailing trying to get in touch with them for almost a week. I still havent heard anything from them. Im starting to get frustrated with company. I wish they would just contact me back.
