In a call center setting,, we use the program to make proper adjustments for our breaks/lunch schedules due to long call times with our customers that run into our break and/or lunch time. Intradiem Is supposed to adjust our times once the call has ended. This would be so helpful if the system worked properly. However, more times that not, there are issues with Intradiem not working properly and not adjusting our break/lunch time in our schedule system as it should. It has been a constant disaster and almost every week, a new work order has to be submitted bc it is not working as it should. This issue has happened so many times throughout the year that I have lost count, but it is a major problem that great companies should be able to fix. This is a great concept for business when it works properly and could be very helpful, but for now, unfortunately, the issues and problems with this program far outweigh the times it actually works properly. If the program were to get better and work as it should, I will be more than happy to write a positive review.
