I had the misfortune of working at Venture House Staten Island for two years. The membership were amazing, as were many of my co-workers, but administration was singularly awful; cold and out-of-touch, with no concern for the staff's well-being. Given the rate at which they've been hemmorhaging workers, it seems things haven't improved. If it weren't for admin, this could be an amazing place to work. Alas, the rot goes to the top. As it stands, I wouldn't have my worst enemy work here. No one deserves such punishment.

I was taken on a tour thursday and i think this a great place.everyone was so nice to me and made me feel welcome i would deffinetly recommend venture house to everyone
