I would not recommend any one go to this location to purchase a dress. We were not allowed to look or pick out dresses or styles we personally liked the employee was the only one who could go and touch the dresses. They did not go over information once you made payment and when reading the agreement they tried to misinform me on there policy and state things not listed on the policy. No signs hung in store explaining the policy they were trying to state. I got measured and the measurements were not correct when I picked up the dress and tried it on. The dress was tight and I did not gain weight. My stylist Nicole ordered the dress based on my hips and not rest of my body. I wanted to order a size up but she assured me the size she stated would be correct when in fact it was not. Luckily my seamstress I brought assured me she could work with it since Americas Bride does not allow for the dress to be exchanged or returned even when it has not left the store and was not paid off until going in that day to pick it up. It was just a headache and a joke of an experience and they would not work with me on anything. I am paying enough money for the dress that is the size did not match that they should resolve that problem being it is on their end. The whole experience was a hassle and not worth it. I should have went with my gut and went to Bella Sposa Bridal I was not pushed into anything, and would not have been required to put 60 percent down just for the dress to be ordered, that is more than what I would put down on a car. The management did nothing to help other than argue with me instead of working to find a resolution.

I scheduled an appointment for Sat June 12 to come in and look at a few dresses with my future daughter-in-law. They required $50 on credit card in case you didn't show. I was fine with that. The day before I received an email confirmation to either confirm or cancel. I canceled but they still charged me $50 as a no show. If I didn't let them know and didn't show, up, I understand but I cancelled through an email they sent giving me that option.. Because of this, I will not shop there nor would I recommend them.

The experience at Americas Bride is unmatched! Not to mention their dresses are beyond beautiful and affordable. Every consultant is extremely attentive to their client. I went to another bridal shop and ended up going back to Americas Bride because everything about them was amazing!

My appointment at another store was cancelled at short notice so I called here and they were able to get me in right away! Alex was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Their new space is gorgeous and I was able to find the dress of my dreams!

Finding my dress was a good experience, 5 stars to my consultant she was friendly and helpful, but my alterations another story! Basically left with my dress still falling off of me after 4 appointments, asking for the same things to be adjusted each time and being charged about $300+ For it to not fit me and not much even done to it! I was pretty much told to use dress tape! Lol what a joke. Thankfully I know someone who helped me a week before my wedding and my dress is now perfect, fits me and I will be sharing before and after pictures once my ceremony is over.
