This place is a joke . The doctors are super rude and think we go there and sit for hours for no reason . They treat you like giving a punishment of if its workers comp . The girl at reception is hella rude and always sounds like she is in a rush like there is a line of 100 people.

Similar to everyone else who's come here for a drug screening, this place was incredibly frustrating. - Max 10 screenings per day - Doesn't start testing until 11am despite opening at 9am - List fills up before noon - No way to put your name down or book an appt (yes it's urgent care, but if you're going to put a cap on the number of screenings and limit your operating window, a reservation/appointment system is a must) In dealing with the front desk staff, it's clear that they know this is causing problems for people who show up here. But instead of trying to figure out a way or develop a process to prevent folks from wasting their time coming here when they've "run out" of drug screenings, they just give you attitude as if their arbitrary rules should've been obvious to any and all patrons.

Seen here for my lower back pain and was treated very kind staff was very empathetic. From Jennifer and Kailynn in the front helping me to Melissa and Khalid and teresa helping me feel at ease in the back when being roomed. I will definitly recomend This Urgent care to anyone i know! :)

Terrible customer service. Prescribed me medicine that ive never took before and doesnt work. I called back to speak with the doctor and the desk lady told me she was busy and she would call me back. I never got a call back. What doctor messes with people and doesnt help. This place is a joke. I went for help and they did nothing to help. Sounds like they want to charge my insurance but they dont want to help at all.
