Made an appointment so i could drop my car off at 10am so it could be seamless. ive been sitting in my car for 35 minutes since 9:45am and not one service person has approached me and every person is pointlessly walking around with a piece of paper in their hand to make it look like theyre doing something

Came in for a maintenance. Good thing they send email reminders coz if not I wouldve forgotten every needs of my car. Estimated time was 2 hours but I think they took less than that. They did my oils change and tires. They did a good job
Jeff Hayes was incredible! Followed up with me right away and super responsive to all my questions. He accommodated all my requests without hesitation. Pacific Honda made the whole experience quick and easy. I was able to get Allstate car insurance with them the same day. It was really a great experience!

Pacific Honda wrote on the paperwork that my right rear tire had a puncture and that it was not repairable. I was advised to change the tire. I went to Cotsco and they fixed it at no charge.
