Thank you for your review re your 54 plate Mercedes with 239606km recorded on the clock. You were supplied with a diagnostic report which contained 4 pages of faults on a car that you had apparently just purchased. You authorised investigation work and all relevant faults were discussed with you at length and a technician showed you components that need replacing and until they are replaced your faults will persist. We have no control over Mercedes Benz parts prices and we don't get involved with fitting customers 2nd hand parts. As noted on your Invoice the car is dangerous to drive. I would have thought it would be more appropriate to take your dissatisfaction up with the person that you have just purchased the car from.

I never go there agin they are very dudgy they told me 49 for diagnostic plus vat . But after they charg me 318 just to tel me the car fult . I call to Merceds dealer for that diagnostic charg 120 to find fult . I say is better not go there. They well cut your shulder

My go-to place for taking my car in. Graeme is very knowledgeable, he's very open and transparent and I have good conversations with him, usually leave having learned something new and interesting about the industry. Not the cheapest in town, but certainly not as expensive as dealer prices. In my view, good service and trustworthiness is worth paying for.
