The short lady thats the owners daughter is so EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful & condescending I've walked out twice thinking this little girl had a bad day the first time. I said little girl because that's how she talks and acts with customers & I've spoken others that have said her professionalism is COMPLETELY HORRIBLE. She brags about what her family has needing your money. Shes the rudest person I've ever encountered. I'd NEVER give my money to someone who acts like I already owe her money. Its ridiculous & the needs to take some classes .

Horrible customer service! And unlike Nora C. said on here, my car WAS NOT repossessed! But I can say, they DID not honor the contract. Always saying I was behind on payments when I paid more than agreed and harrassing me about payments when contract said I pay $320 once a month (I only get paid once a month)! And after I paid off car, they won't give me the extra key they have. And charged my son in law $25 for his extra key. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR THERE! And they had a young kid coming to the window for customers. I don't do business with little kids!

Henry is a great guy, i had been looking for a v for a couple of weeks, when I spoke to him it didn't take him long to send me pictures and a video of this car and on top of all that i drove over 6hrs to get it and made it to his shop waaaay after hours and he made sure he was there to take care of me. Thank you I appreciate you sir!!!

Easy to deal with, Wasted all day at another dealership in houston and could not get financing. These guys had me in and out in 1 hour. With only proof of income and proof of residence.
