If 0 was an option. In 3 years I have never had a good experience. It took 3 visits to get a shot recently before my son was born. And waited over an hour each time to be told they didn't even order it. My wife today went in to get a physical for medicine and was blamed for missing her appointment last week. She called 6 weeks ago to reschedule but staff blamed her until a manager was called and found out they forgot to call to reschedule my wife. These are 2 of about 50 experiences why I would recommend going anywhere else. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful and the worst doctors office I've ever been to.

Waiting on hold for forever ! Can't get my needed heart medication refills before medication runs out ! Now I'm going to have to get another doctor because the one im using is leaving . This will be like the 3rd doctor in 4 years . I'm writing this while I'm on hold !
