I've ordered much of my Dive Gear from this shop and for the most part things were very good. A very important note though when ordering things that require a fit. If you want free shipping and free returns you need to keep at least $50 worth of the equipment. So if you plan to order anything where size and fit is a question make sure you get other things you need so you qualify for free returns and shipping. I was changed for shipping after the fins I really wanted would not fit in either the large or xlarge size. After a phone call with some not so helpful customer service I have decided to not buy from them again. Hope this helps someone else when ordering things that need to be shipped.
The individual ordered a specific original equipment manufacturer (OEM) regulator periodic service kit for a SCUBA regulator (which was never described as a "rebuild kit"); despite being clearly warned in the product description that the service kit is intended for use by individuals trained in repair of the regulator and is not returnable or supported. The customer is correct that we do not provide a photograph of the service kit contents nor an itemized list of the contents. A regulator service technician for this specific equipment is already familiar with exactly what is contained in the service kit and its purpose - the information is documented in the service manual. The service kit as was supplied by the OEM contains only those items the regulator manufacturer (not the customer and not Dive Gear Express) deems necessary for routine periodic service of a correctly functioning regulator, not other parts or components required for actual repair. The $22.00 price for the service kit is exactly the manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) set by the OEM for the kit. The customer selected expedited same day dispatch and carrier service, which was charged at exactly the minimum $9.90 USPS Priority 2-Day rate to Zone 8 for any weight less than 1 pound, as determined by the US Postal Service. Our shipping information page warns that for a low value order the minimum expedited shipping fees can be disproportionate to the value of the order, and advises considering carefully before ordering low value goods with expedited shipping. These prices and WARNINGs were all disclosed to the customer prior to their choosing to place their order amount of $31.90 total.

They sell "rebuild kit" without a picture, where their very expensive kit is not including crucial seal. Additionally they charge me $9 shipping for 1/10 ounce of parts. Their response for refusing refund is that I am not professional. Does that looks like stuff worth $40 to you?
Stopped by Dive Gear Express based on positive reviews from Google. I didn't realize it was an online retailer, but I was able to try on the gear I wanted and make the purchase easily and quickly right at the store. The person who helped me was very helpful, and I drove away with great gear at a very reasonable price. Thank you!
After looking into this yesterday, the name Roberto Renteria does not have any orders with us, and looking through social media we do not recognize him as someone who has visited the reception area.
