Went in to get a car costing 8 grand for daughter was not able to get the deal done that day due to not having all paperwork I needed at the time going on 2 weeks now deals still not done signed a few times via eSign while I was in the middle of working not really paying attention today I realized that the car was purchased for 23000 dollars when listed for 8 grand the bank looked it over and are questioning the numbers as well as my lawyer would stay far away from here

If I could give them a -5 I would. Just an overall horrible experience. From the eye catch lemons they sale to the crooked sales consultants. While trying to sale me what look like a Range Rover I was informed by over hearing two sales people discuss the front end damage of the vehicle. I also listen to them discuss a Mercedes that see up for over 150 days with major electrical issues. I listened to a manager cuss out the owner for playing with his money. What a horrible environment. Find somewhere to buy a car.

I was unsatisfied with done deal auto Service. I been talking with done deal auto for about a week about this car & the down payment.so I came a day early to handle paper work & to make sure everything was gonna be the same but it wasnt they went up on the down payment by 2K & was told it was because that was one of the most expensive cars on the lot when Clearly it wasnt on the companys website its mark at 18k and the one next to it was marked at 19k so that was a lie I felt like they was trying to run a Scam so I wouldnt recommend you shop there.
