Not sure if the employees do the reviews here, but this place is a joke. Came here based on the reviews I read and was greatly disappointed.

Took my gold chain to have a clasp replaced. They helped themselves to 3 links of my chain which had 63 links. Got it back with 60. With the larger clasp it should have weighed 25gr. It went in weighing 24.6gr and came out weighing 23.7 minus the three links they stole. Make sure you take a picture of your chain at the store and then take another when you pick it up and compare the two. The links on my chain were symbolic of the 63 years my grandmorher was alive. It's more to me than the three links they helped themselves to. Theives!
