Victor Im sorry you had a bad experience. The lady you refer to is the manager and the price she gave is correct. That is a long repair therefore charge that price. You dont have to drop your phone in water for the chargeport to be water damaged since it is open. It can be caused by moisture in the air and or from steam from a shower running in a bathroom. She honored the price and was going to fix your phone but you opted out. Again sorry but we will still honor the price you quoted to us. Thanks and have a great day.

I called before I came in and was told it would cost $69.95 to replace charging port. I brought my phone in and tech looked at it and said the port was just worn out (IPhone 7plus). He said bring in first thing in the morning and Ill take care of it and I will give you a coupon for $10.00 off and I made the appointment. I arrived and was the first one there but the tech wasnt there and I had to deal with a lady that said it would be $89.95 plus tax and that my port was fried from moisture. I told her my phone had never been dropped in water but she insisted that it was water that damaged my phone. I asked about why the price was so high when I had just been in and was quoted $59.95 but she insisted that it was $89.95 so I opted out and had my son order the part and replace it and he did a very good job since hes a Geek Squad tech. I was going to have them do it but there was too much discrepancy on price.

My wife and I have had such good experiences & service from Digital Doc in Stillwater that we will not go anywhere else. So far weve used them for 2 different screen replacement and a battery replacement and have been very happy with prices and how were treated. Every time Ive been here their employees have exceeded expectations and truly want wants best for their customers, even recommending cheaper alternatives to solutions 10/10 would recompense!
