Bought a Dacia Duster 4 years ago, which we are very happy with but recently the battery started to die on us. Brought the car here for them to have a look at and they confirmed the battery needed to be replaced. My wife and I are pretty naïve in these matters and put all are trust in these Dacia experts and so paid the 250 for the new battery. It was only after when we told our parents what we paid did we realise that we were completely ripped off and taken advantage of. As a father and mother of a young family we have realised that you can't trust anyone, especially Donnelly & Taggart Dacia Ballymena.

It's fantastic to visit a car showroom were your not put under pressure to buy. I traveled pass many of the big shed car showrooms to Ballymena to get my car because I like a small local dealer who are honest polite sales people. Would highly recommend service from David in Kia.

Great Service from the team, no hassle from start to finish. Friendly warm welcome from every person I spoke with. Free tea & coffee and even got my car cleaned which was a nice touch, video message showing my car was very cool
