Good morning Tim and Im sorry you feel that way I am soon to be celebrating my 30th year in business and I treat each and every customer with care Im sorry you dont like the color match of the shingles keep in mind the shingles that are on your roof have been on there for 20 to 25 years So when we replaced all of the ridge vents that you asked us to replace obviously new shingles are going to be a different color tone that is out of my control there is nothing I can do about that so again I wish you would reconsider that poor review I take my job and my customers extremely extremely seriously

After inspecting work, found poor installation of repair over existing roof. Used wrong color shingleshad to come back. If not inspected what would have happened? Just had some estimates for roof replacement and was told by multiple companies that it looks ridiculous and cant understand why anyone would install the wrong color shingles? Color aside, my point was simply inspect what you expect. Guaranteed came back to correct after I sent photos of the work initially performed. Just sharing my experience

We had a roof replaced by Guaranteed Roofing from Sturbridge MA, and had nothing but trouble (roof leaks) afterwards. I feel we were ripped off. Definitely NOT recommended.

My project was for repairs to rotted cedar siding and rotted wood trim, then painting the repaired sections and painting the high (second story) gable ends of the house and garage that I couldn't reach. Although it was a small job, Guaranteed Building Maintenance took it on and completed it in 3 days. The workers on the job were professional, courteous and hard workers. Their work more than met my expectations. I will hire Guaranteed again if the need arises.

Had some shingles blow off in a wind storm so I contacted GBM and they came out the following day and made temporary repairs before the inclement weather started. Ended up getting reimbursed by my insurance company (I highly recommend Amica) and had GBM install the new roof. The process was quick and GBM was responsive and helpful throughout.

Thank you for your review Michael Ive worked for you in the pasth you know our reputation we corrected two other situations for you I gave you before and after pictures and after we were complete and you still had a leak somewhere on your missionary keep in mind your chimney is about 5 x 5 square and I mentioned to you initially that we should waterproof all of the Masonary on that chimney and you had told me you were done in the past I supplied you with finish pictures of the products and those products I stand behind and were properly installed by a craftsman whos been in the industry for over 40 years I take my business very seriously and I treat each and every customer with most care and respect so Im sorry you feel this way but I have pictures to prove our work you had a two-part problem and I told you that after we installed the rubber membrane OK just being clear I have nothing to hide I take my business very very seriously and this is not fair to you to do this to me

We paid $2,900.00 to have a water leak in our attic fixed. The work that was performed did not take care of the leak. We should have held off on payment until we were satisfied that the leak was taken care of.
