Our youth soccer association partners with Freestyle (not sure why) and of the two seasons I've ordered names printed for my jerseys they are 0 for 2. Both seasons had issues with wrong names printed on the wrong size shirt. When I called to inquire when our jerseys would be finished (the season opener was only a few days away) I was met with poor attitude and them telling me they had been working 20 hour days, etc. I guess I will help them out next season and take my business elsewhere so perhaps they will get a little more downtime. Geez. I give them two stars instead of one because ultimately everything turned out ok but who wants the hassle?

I gave my shirt to get embroidered and still waiting for it for 4 months now! They did a beautiful job on getting my design digitalized. The gentleman told me it will be done by the end September. I didn't recive a call about colors I called and got and email back that say they tried to reach me but i received no call. I came in the day after the email picked my colors. I also added one more thing to it and again he told me it will be done by the end of the week. I have called the shop 6 times now since then. I got told that I changed the colors around the holidays and I did all the colors way back in October! Still waiting to here if it's done for pick up. I have several more shirts to be embroidered, but Freestyle Graphics is not going to get my business or anyone else who I am going to be working with in the future!
