This management company is unresponsive. It is overcrowded, and often takes 15-20 minutes to get out of the building due to elevators. They are regularly out of service or broken. The Heat and AC in the building is challenged. The apartments are cold in the winter due to a design flaw in the units and the heat does not work well. The outside space is nice, but provides an environment conducive to homeless and drug use. Often times we are awoken at night due to fighting homeless in this area. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING.

Damaged my sisters car. She dropped her car off & came back 5hrs later to a flat tire. The customer service was terrible and the manager & the valet on duty were RUDE!!!!!!!! DON'T EVER PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive lived here about a month. I love living here. The 1 bedroom is perfect for me and my 2 cats. The windows are huge & let in lots of light. The kitchen is updated and absolutely perfect. Laundry room is huge, theres always available washers/driers. The staff are fabulous & extremely polite. I had a miscommunication with a delivery but they were flexible and able to fix the situation, even though it was my fault. Theres also a courtyard out front that is great to sit in and just relax when you need. Definitely recommend!

We've lived here for a little over 2 years. Doormen, management, and facilities team are all great! We didn't love dealing with the leasing office, Mirador, either but there have been no problems since we moved in.

Location is great... however, the building is only interested in getting tenants in, but nothing else. Apartments are noisy, elevators are always being repaired and overall it is overpriced for the value. Would not recommend you to move in.
