Hi Matthew, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do not agree with your comments. According to our records we have responded to every email which we have received from yourself. As you were aware, we have been waiting for your samples to arrive to us from our suppliers before these could be passed on to you. Unfortunately because our suppliers do not charge for samples these are not dispatched in priority order. Therefore we are at their mercy when it comes to sending out samples. We completely disagree with your comments about the age and expertise of our Director. Jake set up and has successfully been running Creative Print for 7 years with the professionalism that would be expected of any business owner. I found this company via google and due to the feedback everything seemed to be quite positive, when I went in to see them I asked for some samples of which he said he would get those for me. I phoned him up 3-4 days afterwards and told me he was expecting some samples through, consequently over the next 2-3 weeks they stopped returning emails and ignored me. So in my opinion and experience he has been very poor and unprofessional, after all the owner is very young and perhaps hasn't acquired the experience yet to operate a business such as this. So I had to find someone else in the area to undertake my work as a result, so overall a complete waste a time.

I'm really disappointed to be criticising a local business, but the service from this lot is just amateurish. Communication is poor, they don't listen to anything and take an age to do anything. They can't even spell! Definitely not recommended I'm sorry to say.
