DO NOT RENT I found a wonderful house online and called to set up a showing. I left a voicemail and received a text (a bit strange) from a lady named Cherie. She asked me a few questions about my qualifications and we decided on a time to meet. We decided to meet at 4:00PM. I left work early and arrived at the house prior to 4pm. No one was there, knocked on the door and no one answered. I waited until 4:10pm, then decided to call. I tried calling Cheries phone and it went straight to voicemail, but the mailbox was full. So I sent a text and tried calling the main office. No answer at the main office. I stayed until 4:30pm, tried the office 3 times with no answer. I tried Cherie again several times and it continued to go to voicemail. While driving back home, she texts me and says that they only wait for 10 minutes after the scheduled showing time then they leave. I was beyond angry as I had been waiting for over half and hour and no one showed up. I should have looked at the previous reviews because their customer service and business is HORRIBLE. Beware before you waste your time. There is plenty of other rental companies happy to take my business and they actually answer their phones.
Honestly, most rental agencies try to take advantage of students but all the people I've been in contact with are very helpful and kind. There was some issues getting in touch with them at first, but they did get back to me and were very understanding of my situation as a college student (i.e. haven't built up my credit yet).
Not worth the application fee & your time. Will scam for numerous application fees. Will not respond to calls or emails. After finally finding out about our application, was told the property in question was rented out already and we were supposed to have been emailed - we were not.
