As soon as I came in the guy told me to hurry said he closed 5 min ago.... so rude and he was the one in charge and he tryed to over charge me... the guy that went to cut the metal he was nicer then the management

Mr. Bennett, We sincerely apologize that you had issues with your order when delivered on 12/19/2018. When the trucking company delivered your material damaged, this would have been the time to note on their "Bill of Lading" of the damage. Once it is signed for, the trucking company will not pay for the damages. However, because of the trouble, we offered a 10% credit when you called and spoke with one of our Customer Service reps on the 19th of December in lieu of your signing upon delivery "Free and Clear" without inspecting. You stated that you may be able to use and would call us back. We did not receive a call back until today, January 16th, 2019, almost a month later. We have a 10 business day return or issue policy and your call today was 18 business days, excluding the holidays. We strive to satisfy all of our customers and would be willing to still offer you the 10% credit towards your order even though it is outside of the window. MetalsDepot - Customer Service

My order arrived damaged which I understood. I called them and they gave me my options: a discount or returning and reshipping a replacement. Unbeknownst to me, they only give you 10 days to determine what you're going to do. In ordinary circumstances, that's reasonable but when that ten days falls in the Holidays, I find their lack of flexibility unacceptable. This could've been a 5 star review but their customer service (or lack thereof) is lacking. EDIT: After this review and a BBB complaint I was contacted by their customer service department and they remedied the situation. I'm amending the review from 1 star to 3 star.

I have used this company many times to buy metal for my projects. There website is very user-friendly. They also provide alot of information about the metals they sell on the site, which is quite helpful. There prices are reasonable and so far have had everything i have needed. I highly recommend using this company.

I wish they were open on Saturdays so working people could buy some steel I work Monday thru friday and get off at 5pm everyday so I never get to buy anything from them. They would sell a hell of lot more steel for the weekend warriors around their area for sure.
