Removing my original five star review. I've since had my car sorted by a highly reputable tuner using the worlds leading software. The difference is worth the substantially larger cost.

Hi Wil we are sorry your not entirely happy as this is a very rare case, although it has transpired that you did not want our services and asked for a refund and we put your car back to stock removing all our services so you were then able get the work done cheaper somewhere else so you saved money after we had already completed the work.

Purchased Truetune product as approx 2 hours away from the premises. Arrived next day as promised, file uploaded to the portal and modified file received within 12 hours, again as promised. Whole process is super quick, and the new file was written onto the car in less than 10 mins. New modified file is excellent and car now feeling much more fun to drive with the unlocked power and torque! Really easy product to use, even for amateurs like me. Would 100% use again in the future, cheers.

Hi James we are a little confused as to why you feel we have very poor customer service as you have received no services from us, we do have some email correspondence between ourselves however any email was responded to in a timely fashion and full of precise and accurate information regarding what would be needed for your hybrid turbo setup etc etc, we have encouraged you to call the office to discuss your car further with us to find the best tuning solution for you also, poor customer service would be no email reply or no information given, this is not the case here as we have the email train to which fully informative and comprehensive information has been provided within a very timely fashion.
