We use a third party service who is responsible for refunding the customer when there is ANY mistake with an order. Our job is to remake the order as soon as we hear of a mistake, and they send a driver as soon as possible. The refund should happen automatically on their end. We would love to get this sorted out with you as soon as we can so that you hopefully reconsider ordering again from us. Buyer beware when ordering takeout! My coworkers and I ordered our usual Friday takeout, selecting Dolsies for this task. Our food was delivered, but not in its entirety. One person didnt get anything, while 4 others were shorted their beloved Olies. We paid for everything, yet when the manager returned our call hours later, they only offered to deliver the remaining of what we were owed. Lunchtime had ended hours ago; no refund offered. Wont order again.
Nothing that knocked it out of that park for me but my club sandwich was good. Friendly service and pretty quick turn around time! Nice spot to sit down for a quick lunch.
A phenomenal experience. Wonderful service, speedy, and fantastic food! Wish you were closer to Milwaukee. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap & Buffalo Chicken Salad are on my list of all time favorite meals. Thank you!
