I was in the process of buying a car and I arranged all the finance, the invoice was sent over to the finance company and was all approved. Because I didnt have my wallet with me to place a deposit as well, they called me later that day to say they sold the car to someone else.. which I do understand to a extent but a full finance agreement is worth more than 500 refundable deposit. The sales manager called me to apologise and say they have another car hes going to look at that is very similar and he would call me tomorrow with details.. its been days and the car is listen on auto trader but still no call.
