I had ad material printed for my company. The brochures were printed in reverse (maybe just a communication error on my part), so we had them reprinted. I then asked for another set to be printed. All the while I had to ask 3 times for an invoice/statement of cost for these print orders over the course of 2 weeks. I had to ask 4 times for the status of the final print job, because the final order still has not been acknowledged. The representative would only respond to one part of my email, rather than all questions included regarding cost and turnaround times. This process has severely delayed advertising, although we were told a much sooner turnaround time. They are a joke and I'm not laughing.
We have been working with ABC printing for a few years and they are tremendously helpful with all of our orders. The team there really goes above and beyond to make sure all of our prints are the perfect quality. We highly recommend ABC printing!
I have had a terrible experience working with them. I emailed a couple questions for quotes and had no response for two days until I hounded them with emails and calls. Then they finally said they could do the work and it would be done by my deadline. Hours before the agreed pickup time I received an email they couldn't open one of the documents. Then finally, I go and pick up my prints and they are cut to the wrong size. Completely unusable! Working with ABC Printing has been a nightmare.
