Last year I ordered 80+ t-shirts from a company in Houston. We were unhappy with the quality. Before I do that again, I want to order just one shirt to check out the quality, but I do not want to pay more for shipping and handling than the t-shirt cost. The customer service rep was unable to help or come up with any alternative. This company spends thousands of dollars in bulk-mail to bring in customers, but unwilling to drop the 2 dollar "handling" fee or to ship one sample t-shirt (that I was willing to pay for) by the regular post office. I would think that if a company was confident of their quality someone there would have been willing to work with me on shipping and handling fees.
Our church has ordered from this company twice. The quality is great, the shirts did not shrink, they wash and dry well even though I do not like drying my outerwear. There was a problem on our second order...it was taken care of promptly. We are well pleased with this company and are about to order again.
