What service did you use? Be an honest man! True store: this man calls and says he has a ready design and want it to print on a shirt, after he comes we found out he doesn't have a design and need us to design for him, after we agree to design for him for free, he asks can he get them same day? We also agree to do it in a busy day. After he leaves we start to design for him and roughly an hour later he calls and says by the end of day is late for him, "cancel my order" even though he agreed for this time. We inform him that we were working on your design last passing hour. He says ok, refund me 50%, we agreed and when he came back to pick up his item, I refunded him %70 just to make him happy, so finally he "thanked" with his review.

Do not come here, very unprofessional work. I called them on the phone he quoted me at $28 for a design on my shirt. I show up and he said they take 5 to 7 days for printing which is a lie. I have shopped other places and they got it done in 1hour. So when I showed him the photo he then said he needs time to redesign the photo. In which he lied on his response and said I was unprepared. Then asked me by when I needed it and I said by today. On their website it clearly states SAME DAY PRINTING AVAILABLE. If it would've said 5 hours needed I would not have agreed. He then said since he needed to redesign the photo he charged me $30. How did we go from $28 to $30 because he needed to redesign? I paid and agreed that 7pm was when I would pick up the shirt. I shopped around and found another place that did the job for a cheaper price not to mention they even printed the shirt in less than 45min. The best part was they didn't even say "We have to charge you for redesign". I admit it was a bold move to cancel my order. This man didn't even want to refund me my money so don't sit there and act like you did it with kindness I even offered to pay you for the time that you took for "REDESIGN". When I showed up the man didn't even have change to give me my refund so he was forced to give me back $20 from the $30 I initially gave him. Don't be upset because I paid someone else to get the job done faster then you could've.

This company has failed to meet expectations from both a product quality and customer service point of view I placed a screen printing order on a premium shirt line to send to customers of my business. Within one wash cycle, a significant portion of the printing had washed off. By the 3rd wash cycle, the original print was barely even visible due to being washed off. I was horrified to learn that this had happened on all of the shirts that I had sent to my customers nationwide. When I contacted Rapid Silk, I was informed that since I had not contacted them regarding this issue within 3 days of picking up my order, I had waived my right to any future claim. I responded saying that 3 days seemed like an unrealistic deadline, as I don't think most people would even wash their products within that time, and they didn't even bother to respond to that email. I am very disappointed by this company and would never risk doing business with them again.
