Pretty disappointed with my service. I am unhappy with the high price and the fact they double book stylists, so they are working on two people at once. I felt my haircut and color was rushed even though I booked it like 6 weeks ago. I will be going back to have it fixed.

Writing this on behalf of my fiance. Completely unprofessional service from start to finish. She booked an appointment with Kristina Fuentes, and paid $100. She arrived on time and Kristina was too busy to take her (even though.. again.. appointment was booked and paid for). Kristina didn't even consult with her and decided another person would be doing the cut. The haircut came out nothing like what was asked (she said she wanted a trim and the stylist cut all her hair off.. like a short boy cut). She's now in tears and will never be returning. I myself will avoid this place as well and will recommend others to do the same. Should be a fraudulent charge if we're being honest. Avoid this place.
