I can't say enough good things about Jim's Hearth Repair LLC . We used the last bag of Pellets our pallet for our stove and it was alot of saw dust. We got an overheating error code last night and could not get it working. We sent a text to find out about a service call, that we really couldn't afford, however instead of coming here, he actually helped us trouble shoot it and fix it ourselves today. Most places would have just came out for the service call and taken the money, but instead he helped us to do it. I will never use another company! If you need someone good, and most importantly honest and helpful, go there!!

Jim is knowledgable and professional. He had our gas fireplace working like new after it had been out of use for over a year. I would call him again any time the fireplace needs service.
