im sorry for the bad experience, but the snow storm made us late...by 6 minutes. and from what we saw, you were asking us to solder a device that looked like a "Computer Hacking" module (possible keylogger device) which we will NEVER work on. Sadly they were unable to fix my computer. However, they were very nice, fast, and communicative throughout the process. Most importantly of all, I trusted them. I will definitely come here first next time a have a computer / tech problem. (I would ask that they update their business hours on Google. I posted a pic of their COVID hours in case it helps others. )
