Thank you GM for the opportunity to response to this extreme negative and uneducated person. I dont know this person or have anything against him. I was asked to take look at their network remotely to help them configuring a network component to work with their current network configuration. The entire hours that I spent with him remotely he had nothing but negative attitude toward me, and constantly complaining. He withheld the information of what he did on the router and I was trying to figure out why the wrong setting was there. He asked me gibberish technical questions that I cant fully satisfied him with my answers. Every question that I asked him to understand more about the issue and he responded with a negative tone or offensive and continued complaining do you know how to do it? you dont know how to do it over and over again. I started to get irritated and asked him do you want me to continue to do this? he responded with a negative attitude tone toward me like he didnt care at that point I cant no longer working under that kind of conditions. So I disconnected the remote session and yes I told him to fk off.

Hard to communicate with, not interested on doing the work, ended up spending 2 hours of my time (and his) without a solution (or pay), very square minded (things have to be his way), Deon needs to learn to speak English better, I tried to be as patient as possible, unfortunately last I heard from him was "f...k off" which I think was extremely unprofessional, would not recommend

I've been working with Deon for 9 years. He's the most honest person I've ever known and SMART! I have no problem giving him remote access to my PC, he always fixes everything I have a problem with. His rates are lower than most. I highly recommend Geeks Mobile, ask for Deon!

Nov 2014--Deon is the ABSOLUTE best! Found him on craigslist...so I was nervous, but I now give HIM a five plus star...he went above and beyond what he was asked to do...even helped my boss (who is old school--floppy style) understand the programs! I would completely recommend him and his crew! Thanks a ton Deon, even your prices cant be beat...
